Travel/Contract RN - Labor and Delivery (Local Candidates Accepted!)

This role provides 13‑week labor and delivery nursing coverage in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The RN will deliver bedside care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients through labor and delivery. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the entire process.

2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.

3. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility policies.

4. Execute clinical procedures and emergency interventions as necessary, adhering to best practices and safety standards.

5. Monitor patient status continuously, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license issued by the state of North Carolina or appropriate state licensing board

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• NRP certification

• Minimum of 1 year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience

• Ability to work multiple shifts

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
