About the Role:

Due Cuori Ristorante in Lake Park, FL is looking for a passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! If you love the art of crafting delicious, authentic pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough to order according to restaurant standards
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with daily prep work including dough production, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza-making or kitchen role preferred
• Familiarity with traditional pizza dough handling and oven operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
