Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of an Appliance Repair Representative. We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

• Assisting customers over the phone with their appliance service needs
• Basic troubleshooting with appliance issues
• Creating service tickets to document customers' needs
• Dispatching service techs to customers' homes

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic operational knowledge of appliances
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to take initiative & make decisions
• Approachable & outgoing personality
• Scheduling includes night & weekend hours
• Bi-lingual a plus
