About the Position

Travel Contract | 26 Weeks

Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Days
⏰ 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify and review oncology medication orders
• Prepare chemotherapy and hazardous medications
• Compound hazardous drugs safely
• Evaluate medication dosing, interactions, and safety
• Collaborate with oncology nurses, providers, and pharmacy staff
• Support infusion center workflows and oncology patient care
• Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation in Epic EMR
• Work independently within a Critical Access Hospital environment

• 15-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Small, collaborative pharmacy team
• New Oncology Infusion Center
• Epic EMR

Requirements

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• PharmD — Required
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) — Required at submission
• 5+ years hospital pharmacy experience — Required
• Strong clinical hospital pharmacy background
• Oncology pharmacy experience — Required
• Chemotherapy preparation experience — Required
• Hazardous drug compounding experience — Required
• Experience working independently in a smaller hospital preferred
• Epic EMR experience — Preferred
