Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Minot, ND Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment providing daytime anesthesia coverage in an acute care hospital setting. The CRNA will work in a medically directed care team model with anesthesiologist oversight and full support from anesthesia technicians. The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, and healthy pediatric cases. No cardiac or neuro cases are performed. Documentation is completed using Cerner with some paper charting. Shift Details: Day shifts only, Monday–Friday Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (8-hour shifts) Select 10-hour shifts may be considered based on provider preference No call responsibilities Eight operating rooms actively running No AAs utilized; dedicated anesthesia techs support each room Coverage Dates / Schedule: April 6 – April 17 (1 provider) April 20 – May 1 (2 providers) May 4 – May 8 (1 provider) May 11 – May 15 (3 providers) May 18 – May 22 (1 provider) May 26 – May 29 (1 provider) June 1 – September 30 (3 providers) Providers must be available to work Fridays Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Board Certified (NBCRNA required) Active North Dakota license required; APRN compact licensure considered with proof of application upon offer BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Recent clinical experience within the past 12 months Case logs preferred but not required at submission Comfortable with pediatric and obstetric cases (no epidurals performed by CRNAs) Clean and up‑to‑date work history Benefits Predictable weekday daytime schedule No call or overnight shifts Broad surgical case mix Medically directed anesthesia model Support from anesthesia techs Credentialing support availableaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
