Looking for a Consistent Daytime Nursing Schedule?Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a private duty nursing position in Cave Creek, Arizona .
We have an immediate need for a nurse who can provide consistent coverage:

This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for consistent daytime hours with a two-day work schedule while providing meaningful, personalized care to one patient at a time in a home setting.

RN/LPN ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
Complete patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor the patient's condition and report changes appropriately
Collaborate with the patient's family and clinical team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Safely assist with lifting, positioning, and transferring as appropriate
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient
Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Current BLS Certification (online-only courses not accepted)
Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Article 9 Training (assistance available)
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Dependable Nurses provides paid orientation and one-on-one training specific to the patient's needs. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills while focusing your attention on one patient at a time .
