A leading technology investment banking advisory firms in San Francisco is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join its team. The firm is widely recognized for its leadership in technology investment banking and has advised on many of the sector’s most high-profile and significant M&A transactions, working with leading large-cap technology and technology-enabled companies. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading technology investment banking platform and gain exposure to some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the technology sector. Responsibilities Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions from pitch through closing Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Conduct company, industry, and market research Prepare pitch books, management presentations, board materials, and other client deliverables Support senior bankers throughout transaction execution and client engagements Work closely with senior bankers and clients in a lean, highly collaborative environment Qualifications 2–3 years of investment banking experience Strong M&A experience, with experience executing large-cap transactions, or middle-market M&A experience from an elite boutique / top-tier advisory platform Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Genuine interest in technology and strategic M&A #J-18808-Ljbffr Dartmouth Partners
