This position requires a thorough understanding of automotive systems and the ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. The technician will work closely with customers and team members to identify vehicle issues, recommend appropriate services, and execute repairs to meet high-quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited automotive technician training program or equivalent experience. Valid automotive technician certification (e.g., ASE B-Level certification) or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe. Demonstrated experience in automotive service and repair. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and repair instructions. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in specialized automotive systems (e.g., electrical, engine performance). Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software.
