Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment (North Carolina) or ability to obtain prior to start.
• BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience providing skilled physical therapy in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and basic computer skills including email and electronic charting.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits. Agency-required liability insurance as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• 23 years of clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience supervising PTAs and home health aides preferred.
• Experience developing and updating plans of care consistent with state-specific regulations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Evenings shift.
• Home health setting; must perform home visits as assigned.
