As an Appointment Setter, you will be the front line of our sales efforts, engaging directly with potential customers in their homes. Your primary mission is to identify qualified leads, generate interest in our construction services, and schedule appointments for our closing team.

Your Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with potential customers through in-person field sales activities.

• Skillfully read individuals and build rapport rapidly to establish trust.
• Effectively handle objections and questions in real-time, maintaining a positive and persuasive demeanor.
• Qualify prospects by asking pertinent questions to understand their needs and interest level.
• Negotiate and secure solid appointments for our sales closers.
• Maintain high levels of self-driven daily activity, consistently working towards targets.

• Base salary plus commission
• Expected earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually
