Civil Site Engineer (1–5 Years Experience) – Pittsburgh, PA

Ready to get out of the shadow and actually design ? We’re working with a fast-growing, well-respected civil engineering firm in the Pittsburgh area that’s looking for a sharp Civil Site Engineer to jump into real projects—not just redlines.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from site layout and grading to stormwater management and client coordination. If you’re tired of being a small cog in a big machine, this is your chance to step up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop site plans for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Grading, drainage, erosion & sediment control, and utility design
• Work closely with project managers and senior engineers
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to bring projects to life

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of civil site/land development experience
• Proficiency with Civil 3D
• EIT or on track to obtain
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Someone who wants to grow, not coast
