Required Skills:

• Valid RN license from the MN Board of Nursing
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credential in Minnesota
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification upon hire
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently within a supervised model

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with specialized care procedures (excluding blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals)
• Prior experience in a tertiary or Level III hospital setting
• Additional certifications or training in advanced anesthesia techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required
• At least 1 year of recent CRNA practice in a hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Must live at least 50 miles from Abbott Northwestern to be eligible
• Availability for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month during initial three months, with at least 36 hours per week
• Orientation Shifts: 3 days starting on the second Monday of each month
• Scheduling flexibility with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (e.g., 6:30 AM 3 PM, 6:30 AM 5 PM, or 6:30 AM 7 PM)
• Travel reimbursement and licensure costs covered if applicable
• Ongoing contract with initial four-month commitment, with possibility of extended or alternate scheduling after three months
