Part-Time Customer Service Associate – Nooga Paws

Do you love animals and enjoy working with people? Nooga Paws is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! MUST ADD YOUR RESUME.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and positive attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Loves animals and enjoys interacting with pet owners
Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Open availability, including weekends when needed
Team player with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email
Answer questions about services and schedules
Process orders and customer requests accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
Provide outstanding service that reflects the Nooga Paws brand
