Must-Have Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
✅ Travel experience required (No first-time travelers)
✅ Recent EPIC experience
✅ Active Compact RN License accepted
✅ Experience with Labor and Preterm Labor patients

Required Certifications

• BLS
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate

Preferred Certification

• ACLS

Unit Overview

• 8 Labor Rooms
• 4 Triage Rooms
• Low-Risk Labor & Delivery
• Low-Risk Antepartum
• Transition Nursery
• Couplet Care
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 to 1:3

• Circulate OB/GYN procedures
• Pre-Op and Post-Op care
• Attend all deliveries
• Attend high-risk deliveries
• GYN surgeries
• Blood/Blood Product Administration
• Epidural Pumps
• PCA Pumps
• Syringe Pumps
• Drains
• Wound Vac
• Cardioversion/Defibrillation
• Cooling/Warming Blankets
• Heparin
• Insulin
• Magnesium Sulfate

Floating Requirements

• May float to:
  • Postpartum
  • NICU (based on competency and skill set)
