Federal Project Manager We are looking for a Federal Project Manager to plan and manage small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine projects. The role directly supports the Senior Project Management team on large scale projects. Responsibilities Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine projects. Role will also directly support Senior Project Management team on large scale projects. Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope. Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance. Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff. Develop, maintain, and update engineering schedules and spending plans; track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep work within approved schedule and cost parameters. Facilitate or participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management. Provide project management services as a staff‑augmented resource, operating as part of the client’s day‑to‑day project team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture. Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (AIA) license. PMP Certification. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field. 7 years related experience. Minimum of 2 years project management experience. Ability to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
