We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing mid-size law firm based in Californiaa. As an Civil Litigation Attorney, you must be a licensed California Attorney looking to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment. RESPONSIBILITIES You will report directly to a partner and, depending on your legal experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on your own cases. You will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients. Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility. REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the state bar and licensed to practice law in California. 2+ years experience practicing as an Civil Litigation Attorney. Strong litigation skills, with experience handling all stages of litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually.
