As the General Manager of Prime Car Wash's new location, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the car wash's functions and operations. Your primary focus will be on building sales, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the development of your team.

• Be a leader with a passion for developing others and collaborating with your team to maintain Prime's commitment to delivering a top-notch quality experience and speed of service, creating maximum customer satisfaction.
• Take pride in fostering the personal development of your team members. Guiding them to better themselves will enhance the overall strength of your team and create a culture of pride in the work they are doing.
• Uphold a commitment to excellence, setting a high standard for your location from operational efficiency, sales performance, and employee management.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in a 3-week GM training program at the corporate locations to ensure comprehensive knowledge and alignment with company standards.
• Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
• Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing.
• Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.

Flexibility to work various hours and in different conditions. (Hours of operation are 8AM-8PM daily, 8AM-7PM during DST) The work schedule will predominantly be Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00AM 4:00PM. Flexibility and a team mentality are paramount.

Compensation, benefits, and qualifications include:

• Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications plus profit sharing.
• PTO: 3 Weeks
• Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family.
• 3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees.
• Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.
