Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab's services and book introductory sessions.
• Conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding individual client needs.
• Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production.
• Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the studio.
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to learn and use studio management software (training will be provided).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a must!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
