Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities include: • Implementing and maintaining full control of all field matters while enforcing safety, adherence to schedule and maintaining quality expectations on site. The role requires a track record for delivering complex projects without delays and an emphasis on delighting the customer. Qualifications and experience Strong commitment to promoting safety including certifications comparable to OSHA 30. Ability to be a leader and a mentor as part of a diverse team. Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to succeed/advance. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Practitioner of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience with scheduling methodologies and software. Experience managing financial impacts on site. Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings. Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, an engineering discipline or engineering technology. Compensation notes: The base salary range for this position represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factors identified above.
