These events may be hosted on MUSC campus or at offsite regional locations.
- Coordinates the technology needs for large meetings, symposiums, retreats, and special events by recommending IT solutions, ordering and transporting equipment, setting up audiovisual and computer equipment, providing on-site technical support, and ensuring successful event execution.

Responsibilities include re-imaging and deploying computers, installing and upgrading operating systems and applications, configuring user workstations, managing peripheral devices, and ensuring systems meet organizational security and compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, networks, and software applications; provide end-user support and training; perform routine system updates and patch management; and document support activities to ensure efficient and reliable technology operations.
