The Role

This role is built to become a long-term position, not just an entry-level job — you'll work alongside the founder day-to-day, learning the business from someone with a proven track record, and growing together as Bonham Solutions expands. The Recruiter will own the candidate-facing side of the legal search process — screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and moving people through to placement, using the firm's established systems and training program. Outreach and candidate communication happen primarily through email, LinkedIn, and structured follow-up — this role involves very limited cold calling. No prior recruiting experience is required- candidates with recruiting experience are great, but it's not expected. This is a strong fit for someone hard-working, motivated, and ready to build something long-term, with real flexibility, earning potential, and personal growth along the way.

Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates for active legal job openings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Communicate with candidates primarily by email and LinkedIn — minimal cold calling required
• Keep candidate records and progress current in the firm's CRM
• Work from established candidate pipelines and the firm's proven systems to move qualified people through to placement
• Grow into additional responsibilities, including more client-facing work, as the role and the firm develop

Qualifications

• No prior recruiting experience required — candidates with experience are welcome, but this is a strong entry-level opportunity too
• Hard-working, motivated, and looking to build a long-term career, not just a job
• Comfortable and confident communicating with people in writing and by phone
• Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new tools
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and searches at once
• A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged to stay on top of work
• Personable and thrives in a small, fast-paced team environment

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $40,000
• Tiered commission structure — projected commission of $20,000+ as you ramp up, with strong upside as production grows
• Fully In-office to start. Hybrid and remote flexibility become available based on performance and preference
