Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional extended hours during peak seasons)
Pay: $18.00/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do


As part of a client-focused team, you will help individuals understand their healthcare options while delivering exceptional service.


Key responsibilities include:

• Guide clients through health insurance plans and coverage options
• Advocate for senior clients with professionalism, patience, and empathy
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client files
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist clients efficiently during high-volume enrollment periods
• Participate in community outreach and networking events

What You Bring

• Active Montana Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous office experience required
• Background in medical offices, pharmacy, or senior services is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak enrollment seasons
