Description
Job Description
- Cooks all "to-order" menu items to Casino kitchen standards.
- Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls from the menu.
- Is knowledgeable of sautéing, broiling, grilling, steaming, baking and frying.
- Follows all Health & Safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.
- Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
- Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Clear fingerprinting/background check.
