Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Associate IT Support Services Analyst to provide Level 1–2 on-site IT support for our Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and Connecticut offices. Responsibilities include handling user issues, workstation maintenance, and process improvements. You will travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support IT services, with a schedule from 8am–5pm (EST) in Columbus, OH.
