City Personnel, Rhode Island's leading staffing and recruitment agency, is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Providence team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of industries, building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers, and helping us continue to connect Rhode Islanders with meaningful career opportunities.

Compensation:

• $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission & benefits.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of open positions across multiple industries.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidate matches promptly.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications of the Recruitment Consultant:

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
