Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Support pupils’ learning, progress, and individual development. Build strong and positive relationships with pupils and school staff. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners. Maintain effective classroom management and high expectations of behaviour. Experience teaching within a primary school setting. Experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments. Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
