Minimum Qualifications Heartsavers CPR Certification : Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain it for continued employment. Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure : Complete the licensure course and exam within the first 90 days of employment; certification must remain current as per the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS). Driver’s License : Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver’s license. Must be comfortable operating a 15‑passenger van within 3 months of employment and obey all traffic laws while on duty. Family Care Registry Clearance : Successfully clear the Family Care Registry background check. Training : Complete all required training as outlined during orientation and by leadership within established timelines for continued employment. Preferred Qualifications Lived Experience : Personal lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use disorders is valued in our setting. Patient Care Experience : Preference for candidates with documented experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (e.g., home health or residential experience).
