You work at job sites, executing projects with top quality for our customers, as well as in our shop.**How you’ll contribute to our team.*** Participate in work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins* Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques* Collaborate with the site team to ensure you help meet all project specifications* Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance* Assemble fabricated materials and equipment* Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for the job**What’s in it for you?**There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
