Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.; Greet Customers and Associates with courtesy and professionalism while monitoring for suspicious behavior.; Communicate effectively with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to address theft indicators and implement loss-prevention initiatives.; Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortages.; Participate in training and education initiatives to improve shortage reduction and store safety.
