NEW EMPLOYEES New hires at our facility are immediately placed on a 3-month probationary period. During this time, employee attendance and performance are closely monitored. While on probation, management reserves the right to move an employee to a different position anywhere in our manufacturing facility to suit the needs of the business. The Skippy Foods Plant has an opening for a third shift Sanitation team member.

The employee in this position will safely perform various cleaning activities of the production and warehouse areas as well as assigned quality checks. Participation in projects and weekend cleanups is also required. These activities are integral to the production of high quality finished products. This will require the operation of one or more machines or pieces of equipment (ex: floor scrubbers) in support of an entire manufacturing facility that makes peanut butter. This employee will also be assuming various roles in a team-based environment.

Must be willing and able to work overtime, 8 or 12-hour shifts 5 – 6 days a week, and weekend work assignments. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
