Compliance Analyst - Washington Licensed

Supporting the development and oversight of compliant business systems, the full-time salaried Compliance Analyst - Washington Licensed will manage policies, procedures, and process narratives to ensure alignment with FAR and DFARS requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures for government contracting compliance Evaluate internal processes for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory standards Support DCAA/DCMA audits and lead process improvement initiatives across various departments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience 6+ years of experience in government contracting compliance or internal controls Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and business system requirements Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits or Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting policies and procedures
