We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who take pride in their work and have a heart for serving others. This role involves performing residential and commercial cleaning services with excellence, professionalism, and consistency.

$17 - $25 hourly

• Perform deep cleans, general recurring cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and commercial cleaning services
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, blinds, vents, and fixtures
• Clean kitchens (appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks)
• Clean bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, floors)
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring surfaces
• Remove cobwebs and maintain high/low detail areas
• Maintain organization and tidiness in client spaces
• Use proper cleaning techniques and products (including eco-friendly options)
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients when needed
• Arrive on time and ready to work at scheduled job sites
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and supplies

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
