Pay Rate: $50.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 3 shifts/week

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 3 years required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg day shift contract opportunity in Tuba City, AZ. This role requires strong acute or sub-acute nursing experience and the ability to provide professional patient care while working independently in a clinical setting.


Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess patient conditions and support individualized care needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Follow physician orders, nursing standards, and facility policies
• Document patient care accurately in Allscripts
• Support patients and families throughout the care process
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nursing License required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• Acute or sub-acute care experience required
• AHA Basic Life Support required
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
• TCAR required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
• Holiday coverage required

Additional Notes

• Orientation is every 2 weeks
• Limited shared housing may be available at $600/month based on availability
• No family or pets allowed in housing
• Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
