Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Emergency Room role in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Registered Nurse within Emergency Department
• Fast-paced clinical environment with diverse patient population
• Collaborative care team including RNs, EMTs, providers, and support staff

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $74,880 - $100,000
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation assistance available
• Shift differentials available

SCHEDULE
• Full-time
• Day shift

ROLE
• Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
• Deliver emergency nursing care across a wide range of conditions
• Provide timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

ENVIRONMENT
• 19-bed Emergency Room
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Approximate daily volume of 108 patients
• Includes cardiac, stroke, trauma, and pediatric care

Requirements

• Current RN license REQUIRED
• Associate's degree in Nursing REQUIRED
• BLS certification REQUIRED within 30 days of hire
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire
• Acute care experience preferred
