Electrical Engineer

A nationally recognised, employee-owned engineering firm is looking for an electrical engineer to join their Raleigh team. Not to fill a seat. To help shape what the practice looks like going forward.
You'd be working across power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and voice/data systems for healthcare, higher education and government facilities — with real client exposure, real project ownership and a clear path into leadership for the right person
.
What you'd actually be doing:
- Leading electrical design from concept through construction documents
- Building direct client relationships from day one
- Working as part of a genuine multi-discipline MEP team
- Growing into leadership in a firm that develops its people intentional
What you need:
- 7+ years facilities electrical design experience
- Revit and AutoCAD
- PE license or actively working towardS it
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh area
