Business Unit Leader (Okolona)

DescriptionAs our Business Unit Leader, you will manage and lead a cross-functional team whose overall mission is to assure a safe work environment for their employees, meet customer quality expectations, on-time delivery to their customers and the implementation / proper operation of corporate and plant procedures into their business unit in our 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.Preferred Experience:Ten (10) or more years of Operations Management in a complex manufacturing/final assembly environment.Several years of meaningful Tier 1 or 2 Automotive/OEM Part manufacturing experienceStrong working knowledge of the following subject areas: Materials, Process Engineering, Quality systems, Production Supervision, and Health & SafetyDemonstrated metric-driven, successful performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business.Strong knowledge of OEM customer expectations, quality standards/systems, customer relationship managementJAC Products has been a pioneer in the Tier I automotive space for over 50 years and continues to test the limits of functional exterior trim products.
