Senior Researcher (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Researcher who thrives on exploration, discovery, and experimentation. You'll stay ahead of AI/ML trends and surface opportunities to enrich our data assets. Focus on clarity: well-researched opportunities, idea validation, and clear problem definitions. What You'll Do: Monitor and synthesize trends across AI/ML research, foundation models, agents, and evaluation techniques. Build lightweight prototypes and run experiments to turn interesting ideas into evidence. Partner with product, prototypers, and engineers to scope ideas and maintain living knowledge bases. Ideal Background: 5+ years of applied research or machine learning research experience. Deep familiarity with LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agent architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Clear communication of research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
