Warehouse/Forklift Operator

We have a Warehouse Operator opening for the kind of person who can solve complex problems. If you have a real 'can do' attitude, and you’re the kind of self-starter that understands what's required and goes and makes it happen, then this is the job for you! The ideal candidate has the following attributes: Thinker - You are a fast and conceptual thinker and you can quickly and accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in your head. Punctual - You are a person who is capable of meeting deadlines and showing up to work on time. Flexible - You do well with changing demands; this is a job where a quick response and flexibility are important. You gotta be able to roll with the punches and change on the fly. Achiever - You get things done, especially when others say you can’t! Observant - You will need to be constantly observant and aware of your surroundings to keep yourself and your co-workers safe. Qualifications This individual will have experience operating counter-balance and stand-up high reach forklifts to move product/pallets throughout the warehouse and to load/unload trucks. They will be using RF scan guns for all inventory transactions. All individuals are responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment. How much will you make? We start our Warehouse Operators out around $11-13 per hour, but starting pay will vary by experience and your skill level is the biggest differentiator in pay. This is a first shift position working 7am - about 3:30 pm (out times will vary according to customer needs). At times, overtime and weekend work is required.
