What You'll DoAs a Licensed Behavior Analyst , you'll play a key role in our Behavioral Services Program, using your expertise in early childhood and behavior analysis to support children, families, and our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive, skill-based behavioral assessments.
Developing individualized skill acquisition programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to create effective, evidence-based interventions.
Coaching and training caregivers and staff to implement behavioral strategies successfully.
Providing supervision, mentorship, and support to ABA therapists.
Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing with the BACB.
Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
Experience working with young children and families is preferred.
