Registered Nurse Clinical Lead MedSurg Oncology

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our MedSurg Oncology unit. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care while offering clinical leadership to bedside staff. You will coordinate complex oncology and med-surg care plans, mentor and precept nurses, and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. The Clinical Lead supports quality initiatives, promotes patient safety, and ensures adherence to evidence-based practices in a compassionate, inclusive, and learning-focused environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
