The Planning Optimization and OSS Manager is part of the Power and Controls aftermarket. This Manager is an experienced professional with highly developed technical expertise who leads in the On Sight Support (OSS) group and is responsible for developing significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance and optimize inventory/assets for the P&C aftermarket. What You Will Do Leads and develops the OSS planning team. Mentors team members to support their career aspirations and leadership succession planning Leads the development of optimization strategies and tools for inventory management and materials optimization Spearheads the development/innovation of tools and standardized processes materials planning to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery Coordinates the innovation and management of forecasting methods for materials planning. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
