HR Assistant

Human Resources Responsibilities and Qualifications

Provide comprehensive human resources support to the IT organization and its employees.

Coordinate recruiting activities, workforce planning, job analysis, and employee onboarding.

Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Support performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and training programs.

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and organizational concerns.

Assist with employee grievances, workplace investigations, labor relations, and labor contract administration.

Support Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance initiatives.

Help develop, review, and communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and organizational updates.

Create and maintain employee newsletters and other internal communications.

Build effective working relationships with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Possess excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive matters professionally, and work independently.
