Current openings:

• Self-Contained / PRTF: Work in-person with grades 6-12, supporting 8-10 students in a structured, engaging environment.
• Elementary Resource: Serve grades 3-5, guiding groups of 12-15 students by collaborating closely with general education staff and families.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Previous experience working with students in self-contained or resource settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Commitment to individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom
• Knowledge of IEP planning and implementation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning abilities
• Support students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, respectful, and structured classroom climate
