This role offers the opportunity to handle complex employment litigations matters, representing employers in high-stakes litigation and advising on compliance and risk management strategies.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing 5+ years of substantive employment litigation experienceSenior-level professional capable of independently leading and managing single-plaintiff employment litigation casesExperience in handling claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful terminationSkilled in addressing wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and corresponding state laws.
