Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commissioning activities across new construction and existing buildings.

• Develop functional test scripts, lead site testing, and document results.

• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to resolve issues.

• Support energy, sustainability, and performance objectives across project portfolios.

• Contribute to commissioning standards, tools, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related commissioning role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
