Recording transactions in the inventory system following the SOP. Responsible for driving power equipment following all safety requirements. This is a warehouse position requiring frequent physical labor, not an office position. All SS Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the SS Activewear Employee Handbook./ppCompensation Schedule: $16.50 hourly/ppMonday-Friday (5AM - 1:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt/ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliShow up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude/liliUse a scanner and the tablet to perform the job/liliReceive goods based on supplies packing list/liliPut away bundles in the appropriate warehouse location/liliRecord inventory transactions in handheld scanners/liliSafely operate the warehouse equipment required/liliFollow directions of supervisors and managers/liliPerform other activities as assigned/liliMaintain a safe and clean warehouse/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliReach truck experience required/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/liliAbility to read and speak English/liliMust have reliable transportation/liliAbility to follow detailed instructions/liliAbility to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery/liliMust be comfortable using electronic devices/liliCan lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation/liliBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately/liliAbility to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information/liliMust be flexible with start and departure time changing/liliAbility to work overtime when needed/liliAbility to work independently without close supervision/liliResponsible for any additional duties assigned/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pIn performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
