Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Work Arrangement

• Remote (United States)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings

• Assist clients with questions regarding available benefits, programs, and services

• Provide exceptional customer support and customer care

• Help clients understand available options and resources

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

• Document client interactions accurately within the CRM system

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Fluent Spanish required

• English is a plus but not required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, education, administrative, or support experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

• CRM experience is a plus

• Mantener relaciones profesionales con los clientes

• Registrar actividades e interacciones en el sistema CRM

• Participar en entrenamientos y programas de desarrollo profesional

• Apoyar iniciativas de satisfacción y retención de clientes

Requisitos

• Residir actualmente en Estados Unidos

• Tener autorización legal para trabajar en EE.UU.

• Dominio del idioma español

• Inglés deseable pero no obligatorio

• Licenciatura o experiencia laboral equivalente

• Experiencia en servicio al cliente, call center, retail, hospitalidad, banca, salud, educación o áreas administrativas es una ventaja

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación

• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente desde casa

• Experiencia con CRM es deseable
