Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain the required license.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP), as applicable.

• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
