Web Coat Line Operator I-1

Job Summary RC Technologies LLC, a Hexcel company, is seeking a Web Coating Line Operator 1 at our Amesbury, MA location. Pay Range: $23.00-$26.75 per hour. 1st shift (Monday-Friday 7:00PM-3:30PM). Responsibilities Use defect logs, job tickets, and daily production schedule to maintain production quality. Work in conjunction with team members to support the manufacturing process and production schedule. Perform cycle counting and manage consumption of raw materials to ensure accurate inventory. Set up and break down the coating line. Conduct quality control of products using measuring devices. Identify, document, and report non‑conforming material. Participate proactively in a safety‑first culture. Qualifications High School diploma or GED or equivalent. Good attention to detail and ability to follow written directions. Ability to stand 8 hours per day and lift 25 lbs. Manual dexterity, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read basic measurements and perform basic math, including converting between square and linear feet. Compliance with safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE, ergonomic practices, and safe handling of chemicals. Excellent vision to spot defects within the coating process, raw materials, and final product. Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. government contract regulations.
