The role provides high-level analytical, programmatic, and planning support to ensure alignment of mission objectives, financial resources, and digital strategy initiatives.Day to Day Responsibilities May Include:* Review strategic financial, budget, and fiscal data to ensure accuracy and accountability for multi-year project portfolios.* Maintain up-to-date monthly project funding status, reviewing and resolving unliquidated obligations, and preparing detailed budget justifications.* Plan and conduct cost-effectiveness studies to inform IT investments, development processes, and budget initiatives.* Serve as advisor for synchronizing, coordinating, and integrating all digital strategy initiatives.* Coordinate strategic, programmatic, and budgetary initiatives across multiple stakeholders and organizational levels.* Analyze management problems and providing advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative solutions.* Prepare and present briefing materials and provide clear, well-supported input in decision forums.**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance* Bachelor’s Degree* FIVE (5) years of professional experience, including THREE (3) years of experience managing planning, scoping, design, and execution of assigned projects.* Experience supporting the Department of State in a space management, construction, or IT capacity.* Experience formulating long-range policies and digital strategic initiatives for complex IT systems.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks* Experience with Azure DevOps* Experience conducting budget analysis to assess cost-effectiveness of program initiatives.* Experience utilizing Archibus or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) to manage real property assets.* Experience developing efficient, cost-effective solutions to IT-related issues and analyzing and resolving policy and planning problems.The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
